Shipping

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Swiss Post. Every rug is carefully rolled and packed. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Shop rugs: usually ship within 5 working days.

Custom rugs: delivery time as quoted, usually 3 to 6 weeks.

Returns

You can return an unused shop rug within 14 days of receipt. Please let us know first at hello@popcurve.xyz. You pay the return shipping. Custom rugs cannot be returned.

Care

Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush, blot stains immediately with a damp cloth and don't rub. Do not machine wash. We recommend a non-slip underlay.
